We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Training Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a background in the pharmaceutical industry and a passion for developing and implementing effective training programs for employees.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs for employees at all levels within the organization
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and create customized training solutions
- Design and deliver training materials and resources, including e-learning modules, workshops, and presentations
- Evaluate training programs to ensure they are meeting organizational goals and objectives
- Monitor and track training effectiveness through assessments and evaluations
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in training and development
- Manage training budgets and resources effectively
- Coordinate with external training providers as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's degree preferred)

- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design techniques
