Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Training Manager to join our team in Dubai, focusing on the energy sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing training programs that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance. This role requires a strategic thinker who can align training initiatives with the organization's goals and foster a culture of continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Training Program Development: Design and develop comprehensive training programs that address the specific needs of employees within the energy sector, including technical skills, safety protocols, compliance, and leadership development.

- Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough training needs assessments by collaborating with department heads and evaluating employee performance to identify gaps in skills and knowledge.

- Implementation and Coordination: Oversee the execution of training programs, ensuring that they are delivered effectively, on time, and within budget. Coordinate logistics, materials, and resources necessary for successful training sessions.

- Performance Evaluation: Establish metrics and evaluation tools to assess the effectiveness of training programs. Collect feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously improve training content and delivery methods.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior management, department heads, and external training providers to ensure training initiatives align with organizational goals and industry standards.

- Budget Management: Develop and manage the training budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while maximizing the impact of training initiatives.

- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on training activities, outcomes, and employee development progress, presenting findings to senior management to support strategic decision-making.

- Compliance and Safety Training: Ensure all training programs comply with industry regulations and safety standards, promoting a safe working environment for all employees.

- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of training professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages professional growth and development.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate training or organizational development, preferably within the energy sector.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs and workshops.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training technologies.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
