We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Credit and Collections Manager to join our team in Dubai, specializing in the energy sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in credit management and collections, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement credit policies and procedures to ensure the timely collection of payments from customers
- Monitor customer accounts and aging reports to identify and address delinquent accounts
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers to resolve outstanding balances
- Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to address customer inquiries and disputes
- Conduct credit checks on new and existing customers to assess creditworthiness
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and communicate regularly with senior management on collection performance
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in credit management and collections

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in credit management and collections, preferably in the energy sector
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, credit risk assessment, and debt collection techniques
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
