Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a background in the telecommunications industry.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers to ensure their satisfaction and success with our products and services. You will work closely with our sales and product teams to onboard new customers, provide training and support, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing any questions or concerns in a timely manner
- Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess their satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to onboard new customers and provide ongoing support
- Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive retention and growth
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services
- Monitor customer usage data to proactively address potential issues and provide recommendations for optimization
- Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to internal teams to drive product improvements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
