We are seeking a skilled and vigilant Casino Surveillance Operator to join our team in Dubai. As a Casino Surveillance Operator, you will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the safety and security of the casino premises, employees, and patrons.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor all areas of the casino through surveillance cameras to detect any suspicious activity or violations of casino policies and procedures
- Report any incidents or irregularities to the appropriate authorities or management
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all surveillance activities
- Assist in investigations as needed, including reviewing footage and providing evidence
- Work closely with other security and casino staff to maintain a safe and secure environment
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to surveillance operations

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in surveillance, security, or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of casino operations and regulations is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and observation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
