We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Call Center Manager Assistant in our pharmaceutical company based in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and call center operations, as well as strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Call Center Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the call center
- Monitor call center performance metrics and provide regular reports to management
- Train and coach call center staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assist in developing and implementing call center policies and procedures
- Work with other departments to coordinate efforts and improve overall customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in call center management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- [X] years of experience in call center operations or customer service
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and call center software
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations and practices is a plus
