We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Call Center Manager Assistant in our healthcare facility in Sharjah. The Call Center Manager Assistant will work closely with the Call Center Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the call center.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Call Center Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the call center
- Manage and monitor incoming calls and ensure timely and accurate responses to patient inquiries
- Train and supervise call center staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to protocols
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve call center efficiency
- Analyze call center data and generate reports on call volume, response times, and customer satisfaction
- Resolve escalated customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate patient care and appointments
- Maintain call center equipment and technology to ensure smooth functioning
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or related field
- [X] years of experience in a call center or customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and best practices
