We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Call Center Manager Assistant in our agriculture-based company in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and administrative tasks, with a strong understanding of the agriculture industry.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Call Center Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the call center
- Monitor and evaluate call center performance metrics to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
