We are seeking a skilled Cement Mixer Operator to join our manufacturing team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have experience operating cement mixing equipment and possess a strong understanding of safety procedures and protocols in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain cement mixing equipment to produce high-quality cement products
- Follow safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment
- Monitor equipment performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal production
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on equipment to prevent breakdowns and delays
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
- Maintain accurate records of production output and equipment maintenance

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Cement Mixer Operator or similar role
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and protocols in a manufacturing setting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work varying shifts as needed
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
