We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cement Mixer Operator to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in operating cement mixers in the Aerospace and Defense industry.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain cement mixing equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Mix cement according to specified formulas and instructions
- Monitor the quality of the cement mixture and make adjustments as needed
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate delivery of cement
- Maintain accurate records of cement usage and equipment maintenance

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating cement mixers
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment
