We are currently seeking a skilled Cement Mixer Operator to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have experience operating and maintaining cement mixing equipment in an industrial setting.

Responsibilities:
- Operate cement mixing equipment according to safety guidelines and procedures
- Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure proper mixing of materials
- Inspect equipment for any defects or malfunctions and report issues to maintenance team
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed at all times
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Assist with general maintenance and repairs as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Cement Mixer Operator
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
