We are seeking a qualified and experienced Claims Adjuster to join our Transportation and Logistics team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in claims management within the transportation and logistics industry and will be responsible for investigating, evaluating, and settling claims related to shipments, cargo damage, and transportation incidents.

Responsibilities:
- Investigate and assess the validity of claims filed by customers or third parties related to damaged cargo, late deliveries, theft, accidents, and other transportation-related incidents
- Gather evidence, documentation, and statements from all relevant parties to determine liability and extent of damages
- Negotiate settlements with claimants or their representatives in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain accurate records of claims, settlements, and communications with all parties involved
- Collaborate with internal departments, insurance providers, and external vendors to resolve claims and prevent future incidents
- Provide regular updates to management on claim status, trends, and potential risks

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in claims management within the transportation and logistics industry
- Strong knowledge of local and international transportation regulations, insurance policies, and claims procedures
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and claims management software
