We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Claims Adjuster to join our manufacturing company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in claims management and insurance, with a focus on manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities:
- Investigate and assess claims made by customers regarding damaged or defective products
- Review insurance policies to determine coverage and liability
- Communicate with customers, vendors, and insurance companies to gather information and negotiate settlements
- Document all claim activity and maintain accurate records
- Analyze data and reports to identify trends and implement strategies for reducing claims
- Provide recommendations for process improvements to prevent future claims
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with insurance policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field

- Strong knowledge of insurance policies and regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
