We are seeking a skilled and experienced Claims Adjuster to join our team in Dubai, specializing in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in claims adjusting, specifically within the construction sector.

Responsibilities:
- Investigate and analyze construction-related insurance claims to determine the extent of liability
- Review relevant documentation, including contracts, invoices, and project plans, to assess the validity of claims
- Conduct on-site inspections and interviews with stakeholders to gather information and evidence
- Collaborate with internal teams, external experts, and legal counsel to resolve claims efficiently and effectively
- Negotiate settlements with claimants and ensure timely payment of valid claims
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all claim-related activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

- Strong knowledge of construction practices, contracts, and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
