We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Claims Processing Manager to join our team in Dubai. The Claims Processing Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the claims processing department within the Education sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of claims processors to ensure accurate and timely processing of claims
- Develop and implement efficient claims processing procedures and workflows
- Monitor and analyze claims data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex claims issues
- Provide training and support to claims processors to enhance their skills and performance
- Review and approve high-value or complex claims before processing
- Handle escalated claims and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare reports and presentations on claims processing performance for senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in claims processing or a related role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and claims processing software
- Knowledge of UAE insurance regulations and industry best practices
