We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Claims Processing Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in claims processing within the consumer goods industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end claims processing operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in claim handling
- Manage a team of claims processors, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline claims processing procedures and improve overall efficiency
- Monitor claim trends and identify areas for improvement to minimize claims discrepancies
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, customer service, and finance, to resolve complex claims issues
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in claims processing
- Generate reports and analyze data related to claims processing performance

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field

- Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
