We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Claims Processing Manager to join our retail team in Dubai. The Claims Processing Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the claims processing department, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of claims for our retail operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the claims processing department, including a team of claims processors
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for claims processing to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Monitor and analyze claims data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Work closely with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to resolve any claim-related issues
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines related to claims processing
- Provide training and support to claims processing staff as needed
- Handle escalated or complex claims as necessary
- Prepare reports and presentations on claims processing activities and performance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- [X] years of experience in claims processing or a similar role
- Strong understanding of retail operations and the claims process
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and claims processing software
