We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Call Center Manager Assistant in the retail industry. The ideal candidate will assist the Call Center Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the call center, ensuring the team provides excellent customer service and meets performance targets.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Call Center Manager in managing and supervising a team of call center agents
- Monitor call center performance metrics and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency
- Train and onboard new call center agents, providing ongoing support and guidance
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Generate reports on call center performance and present findings to senior management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination within the organization
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in call center management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- [X] years of experience in a call center or customer service role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of call center software and systems
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
